Second in the line of negatives was whether Google had helpful customer service, with 36.2% disagreeing with that statement.

With respects to SEO, however, 59.4% believe that Google does not do a good job explaining free SEO opportunities available via Google, with a very significant 16.1% feeling this strongly. 54.4% believe that Google does not make it easy to combine AdWords with SEO, and here 8.9% feel this strongly.
